Not sure whether to buy or rent a stairlift?

At Oakland we understand that buying a stairlift is not the option for everyone. In most cases this is because people don't always need a stairlift for a long period of time. Or simply they don't have the funds available to buy outright.

For these reasons we offer a unique stairlift rental service that is second to none, available on all staircases. We can often accommodate small curves at the top or fanned shaped stairs with a custom built transfer platform.

Unlike many of our competitors, we do not insist that you sign a fixed rental term contract, you simply rent the stairlift for as long as you need it, when you no longer need the stairlift we will remove it free of charge.

All our rental stairlifts carry a full 24 hour call out and maintenance service which is included in your monthly rental premium at no extra cost for the lifetime of your rental for added peace of mind.

Independence from as little as £10 per week *

We also rent curved stairlifts from only £16 per week * 

* A one-off setup fee is required for our rental stairlifts, this is simply to cover the installation of your stairlift and also the removal when it is no longer needed.

  These cost are £350.00 for a straight stairlift and £950.00 for a curved stairlift.
